If you’re lucky enough to have a 5 Guys Burger & Fries in your neighborhood you’ve no doubt encountered the “What do i get on my burger?” dilemma. The line is stacking up behind you. You know you want a cheeseburger, but what to get on it? 5 Guys’ menu is deceptively simple, but with all the options for toppings, what combos will work best? Here are a couple suggestions to help you out when the H is O.
The toppings list is as follows: Mayo, Relish, Onions, Lettuce, Pickles, Tomatoes, Grilled Onions, Grilled Mushrooms, Ketchup, Mustard, Jalapeno Peppers, Green Peppers, A-1 Sauce, Bar-B-Q Sauce, Hot Sauce
“The Classic”: Mayo, Ketchup, Mustard, Onions, Lettuce, Pickles, Tomato, Cheese
“The Rodeo”: Bacon, Mayo, Pickles, Lettuce, Tomatoes, BBQ Sauce, Grilled Onions, Cheese
“The Steakhouse”: Bacon, Grilled Onions, A-1 Sauce, Mayo, Pickles, Lettuce, Cheese, Tomatoes
“Fungus Among Us”: Grilled Mushrooms, Mustard, Grilled Onions, Green Peppers, A-1 Sauce
“En Fuego”: Mayo, Onions, Jalapeno Peppers, Hot Sauce, BBQ Sauce, Mustard
I usually stick to the first three, but all of these sound good, and of course are open for adjustments, go nuts!
